my microwave was looked at 15aug cant be fixed so they say. so i assumed it would replaced. but i can not get the time of day from anyone. I have never been treated so bad in my life! can any one help me? Unable to get paper contract from dos 7/2/2016??? Tried on many many many times to get it. What seems to be the problem? Today is 9/5/2016. I get made up information about not receiving. I paid the amount of 1299.00 in full. My apartment flooded by burst pipe and management called ServiceMaster. They wasted 5 days trying to save carpet. Even workers said was hopeless and should be pulled. The so called restoration was one guy. This after they told me they'd clean everything and move all my furniture back. Never did any of that. They did everything cheap, always cut corners. Terrible work. Never on time. Couldn't install sink without it leaking cause project... Read more

HAD A STORM CLAIM 1ST WEEK OF JULY. HERE IT IS AUG 10 STILL NO CALL BACK, I VISITED IN PERSON 2 TIMES.,CALLED ABOUT A DOZEN TIMES ONLY HAD ONE CALL BACK. I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPANY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY DO. I WENT AND HIRED A HANDY MAN AND HIS DAD. COST ME ABOUT ONE 5TH OF WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE. Twenty thousand dollar "estimate" to restore my flooded basement. Got a local handyman, who did an excellent job for just over two thousand. Insured to take advantage in a vulnerable emergency situation.

1. ServiceMaster has a motto, "restoring peace of mind" That"s a joke. They create massive stress by their lack of communication, stream of constant mistakes, and exorbitent prices. We had a fire in our building of 21 suites. We have been out of our building 6 months now. They haven't even started rebuilding. I had an unfortunate waste water overflow into a unfinished/finished basement and called for an estimate. Service Master stated they would send a staff member out in two days to give us an estimate. When the technician arrived, he and his staff did an assessment of the damage and then demanded $120 for the service call. The service call/estimate charge was never relaid when I made the call and again was never stated when the technician arrived... Read more

I usually don't leave feed back but I felt that people should be aware of the lack of courtesy and customer service this company demonstrates. I called service master to get an estimate for our office cubicles to be cleaned.
